Return and Exchange

Application Deadline

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your product (based on the package receipt date). Regular returns and exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days. However, if there are any quality issues with the product, please contact customer service and we will assist you as appropriate.



Basic Return and Exchange Requirements

Products to be returned or exchanged must meet all of the following conditions:

The product must be unused (unwashed, unworn, and free of odor).

The product and all original accessories, tags, gift boxes, gifts/package slips, etc. must be returned in good condition.

The product must be free of any damage, scratches, or alterations to its appearance or function.

The original packaging and labels must be intact (damage to the original packaging may affect your refund).

If any of the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange or to refund the product after deducting the applicable fees.



Circumstances in which returns and exchanges are not accepted

Returns and exchanges are generally not accepted in the following circumstances:

The 30-day application period has expired;

The product has been clearly worn, washed, or altered (such as if it has hair, odor, or stains);

Original accessories, tags, or invoices are missing;

Damage caused by improper use by the customer.



Return and Exchange Process

To submit an email request (required), please first send an email to support@ocylr.com. Please include "Return and Exchange Request + Order Number" in the subject line. Please include:

Order number, orderer's name, and contact number;

Request type: Return/Exchange;

Product name, size, and quantity;

Reason for request (please be as detailed as possible);

Clear photos (please also include recent photos of the front of the product, details, tags, packaging, and any defects).



Review

After receiving your email, we will respond within 2 business days and inform you whether your request has passed the preliminary review (and any additional information required). Please do not return the package without our confirmation. Unconfirmed returns may not be accepted or may be delayed.


Returns

After approval, we will email you the return address and shipping instructions (please keep the tracking number for tracking purposes).

Generally, return shipping costs are your responsibility (if there are no quality issues).

If the item is shipped incorrectly, has a quality issue, or is damaged during shipping, we will cover the return/exchange shipping costs and provide a follow-up solution.


Inspection and Processing

Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets the return or exchange requirements, we will complete the refund or exchange process within 7 days as described below.



Refund and Exchange Details

Refund Time and Method: Refunds will be credited to your original payment account within 10 business days after we confirm and inspect the item. (Actual credit time may be affected by bank or payment platform processing time.)

Exchanges: If the exchange is for an item in stock, we will re-ship the item after review and receipt. If the item is out of stock, we will promptly contact you and offer a refund or restocking options.

Shipping Costs: The original order received free shipping, but shipping costs for standard returns are your responsibility (unless the return is due to our error or product quality issues). If the return results in a refund minus shipping costs, we will clearly specify the amount in the refund notification.



Regarding Partial Returns and Price Differences

If an order contains multiple items and only some are returned, the refund will only be for the returned and inspected items.

If the exchange results in a price difference (for a higher or lower priced item), we will confirm with you the difference payment or refund method before the exchange.



Quality Issues, Misdelivery, and Shipping Damage Handling

If the item you received has quality issues, was misdelivered, or was significantly damaged during shipping, please contact us by email as soon as possible after receipt, attaching photos and a description of the problem. We will prioritize your handling. We strongly recommend that you inspect your package in person upon receipt. If the outer packaging is severely damaged, please note this on the receipt and take photos as evidence so we can negotiate a claim with the logistics company.



Return and Exchange Notes (Tips)

Please retain your tracking number and receipt until your refund or exchange is complete.

Please use a trackable return shipping method and retain the tracking number.

Please return the item in its original packaging and secure the accessories to prevent secondary damage during transportation.

If you encounter any issues during the application process, please feel free to email your order number and question to support@ocylr.com, and we will prioritize your response.


We reserve the right of final interpretation of our return and exchange policies. If we adjust our policies, we will clearly state the updated date and details on our website homepage or other relevant pages.

In the event of a dispute, we will endeavor to resolve it through negotiation, and, if necessary, comply with relevant consumer protection laws and regulations.
